One rule: twelve cells, hidden bets. When the countdown ends, the two most-backed cells pay 100% of their stakes to the six least-backed cells, split in proportion to stakes. The middle four push. Up to 6 cells per player, one chip per cell.
Chip tables: every chip is its own table — the tabs above the ledger and the chips below are the same doors. Dots: blue — your live bets wait there; gold — a result you have not seen. Leave any time: your bets play without you and the full ledger greets you on return.
Fairness: every round commits to its tiebreak seed before betting — the SHA-256 below is published at open, the seed is revealed at lock. Equal piles are split by that seed: priority = int(first 13 hex of HMAC-SHA256(seed, round + ':' + cell)).

Vs computer: a 5×5 board; the computer marks 13 cells before you bet — its whole edge is that one extra cell (your max is 12), so RTP = 96%, written openly. The 13 cells derive from a seed committed below before your bets; matched cells lose, unmatched pay 1:1. Full board unlocks side bets on the match count — same marking, no extra randomness.
